FAQ- Cancellation/Return Policy

I am not satisfied with my box; can I return it?

With a subscription box you get to “try before you buy” multiple products, and skip paying full price at the store. With this mindset, we are unable to except returns or offer refunds. Subscription boxes are all about exploring new and upcoming products and companies. We are sorry you are not satisfied with your box

How do I cancel my subscription?

In order to cancel your order, please do so before the 20th of every month. We give our vendors their final count on this day. Once you are counted for, you will not be able to cancel.

Monthly subscription:

If you are in a 1-month subscription plan and cancel before the 20th of the month, you will not be charged for the next month’s box.

If you are in a 3/6/9 or 12-month plan, you must cancel before your subscription renews. You will receive a box for every month of your prepaid subscription, until it runs out. We do not offer a refund on prepaid subscriptions.

Example: You are in a 3-month subscription starting with your November box and decided to cancel. You will receive a November, December and January box. You will have to re-subscribe to receive additional boxes.
Exceptions:

***You will receive a full refund if you have not received your 1st box in your prepaid subscription AND you cancel before the 20th of the month.
